Adelaide Wheelie Bin Hire provides commercial waste management services, including wheelie bin hire and scheduled waste collection services across Adelaide. Our services are subject to availability in your area.

3. Service Agreement

When you engage our services:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your waste management needs.
• You agree to use our bins only for the agreed waste types.
• You agree to make the bins accessible on scheduled collection days.
• You agree to our direct debit payment terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is processed via direct debit charged the day prior to your scheduled collection. By using our services, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount according to the schedule.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following materials must not be placed in our bins:

• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals
• Electronic waste
• Batteries
• Liquids
• Medical waste
• Asbestos

6. Liability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Service Cancellation

To cancel our services, please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled collection. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to info@adelaidewheeliebinhire.com.au.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
